Pretty certain it's compressed charcoal on gray paper. I can't quite make it out but you can see the manufacturer embossed at the top if that matters to you.

But I think that the hand is a little wonky, maybe you could have added some more hints to anatomy there (knuckles, tendons).

I love it but I think you need to put the shadow for the box he's sitting on since you put it for his foot. Otherwise it has a floating effect.
