Eternal Sonata's Count Waltz. He's very... purple.
I am absolutely in love with the aesthetic qualities of that game, and I'm not even playing it. It's all just really colorful, bright, playful and charming, and at the same time, the characters don't all act like they're made of cardboard. It's exactly what I want out of my original works, basically.
This character is actually a lot more of a lunatic than I made him look here, but given that he's a count, maybe he decided to try to look regal for a second. And yeah, that is a gigantic bow on his crown... thing.
And games are getting seriously over-zealous with their character designs. The detaaaaaails!

Count Waltz is kind of a nutbar, but he's the best villain I've ever encountered in a game, so he's awesome. Glad you like the hand! I was a little worried about it. :B;;
