This was the second rendition of a winter holiday-themed pic I did to make up for not submitting for other holidays. Out of the two, I think this one is better.

I really liked how the shading in the city below turned out...it's wrong in some places, but it still looks like there's a source of light...somewhat. Although the shading got a bit skewed on the larger segments (the Yoshis, the hills, the big buildings, etc.), in my opinion, this is one of the best turnouts I've ever gotten, despite the odd Yoshi body structure.

Looks like Santa Mario and Princess Peach better hurry back to the North Pole before the sun rises! Mario, Peach, the Yoshis, and all the various gaming references are copyright to Nintendo.
