За атмосферой и охотимся Композиции - всё как всегда, лишь бы объекты не попали в так называемые "узлы". А вот по поводу отношения руки с периной долго доходило... Сейчас сообразила: руки Хаола рисовались осознанно, т. е. пыталась придать ему позу, что он облакачивается на согнутую левую руку, но плечо правой отведено назад (каюсь, если не смогла передать задумку ) Перина....эм... это показатель умений рисовать облачка))

The book is fantastic! Better than the cartoon in my opinion, though the latter is also excellent (especially the landscapes and the nature).

Wanted to read other Diana Wynne Jones books... erm, still in the process of planning though

The movie is great even if it's different, but yes, I prefer the book too!

Apart from Moving Castle I've only read Castle in the Air and Year of the Griffin... her books are pretty hard to find where I live. I guess she's not that well-known in Finland.

It's very humorous and captivating, the one where you'd not want to reach the end (and here I ran out of all epithets).

Good job on reading those books! I myself not a big reader, at least not of printed copies anyway - they always remind me of school textbooks.

Oh, the same problem. Though there are russian translated versions of her books in on-line shops I am not sure if they sold in bookstores.
