PANEL NOT DRAWN BY ME. I simply colored it. All Sailor Moon rights belong to Naoko Takeuchi and Toei.This panel is so cute! Naoko Takeuchi really had a great fashion sense!
If anybody has any advice or critique, I'd love to hear it! ^^

it's really cute! I think you should have erased the dots on the shadow areas because don't exactly fit...but it looks great even so!

Thank you! The dost actually make UP the shadowing, and so I kept them in to allow myself to know where to shade. But I agree, it is doesn't seem to fit in!
