I just figure out how to draw African-American people with braided hair. Just lightly sketch the head, darken the hair and repeat the same step.Maya is a young African-American girl. She’s activist who marches to the beat of her own drum. She's quite mature for her age and never hesitates to shut anyone down with her honesty and wisdom. She is skeptical of social cliques and initially disassociates herself from Penny and her crew.
