Martin's Comments: Sort of funny this page opens with talking about the Alpha Male and his crew - who, while it's not mentioned here, are named Zan and Jane; wanted to work that in when I tweaked the page to add a mention of them but the spacing didn't really work out - since that group's caused a bit of a logjam on production of late. Not a huge deal, since the chapter's fully drawn at this point and there'll be a filler break afterward, but kind of had to put everything on hold before we polished up their designs since they're on both the cover and first page of the next chaptr.
Can kind of see why I was split on if this Gold Rush or the last one should've been a three pages batch, since this page is directly following the one from the previous page and all. Either way though, am pretty happy with this one. Like getting to more clearly lay out Eva's motivations as well as drawing attention to her training Alex Rayne, the main character of our other comic Wright as Rayne. ... Her comment is indeed a pretty accurate summary of them.
Adam's Comments: Not a lot to say on this one; visually very standard but also just laying groundwork for the next chapter. Funny enough we just re-designed Alpha Male (his old design was in need of serious attention) last week.
