Okay as you can probably see it's a Villain Meme by ~ForeverHate filled by me.
My favorite villain is Yami Bakura from Yu-Gi-Oh!(curse you 4Kids for dubbing & editing that great anime to kids show). Ehh I did this meme purely by computer and it was hard to do since I am not that good at drawing with my computer's program..
