I fell in love with this guy when the starlight DTA Festival came around, for me this design encapsulates eariler sushi dog designs and is just so freaking cute and simple !!

For my entry I drew him in anthro form because I really haven't seen anyone do this for some reason, I mean he looks so cute. He's in a lil summer outfit I made him, holding a red bean and green tea taiyaki ice cream cause that's what he's based on.

- About: Richard or Ringo, male, 14, Bi, Sushi Dog(Teacup Pomeranian), red bean and green tea taiyaki, 5' 6''

- Ringo likes to dress up when he's going outside and doing "stuff" because he highly values fashion/style and won't leave the house if he looks like trash. When he's at home he usually just wears his pajamas and oversized sweatshirts.

- Ringo is a very shy and respectful child who lives in Japan, with a few close friends from school. At home, he mostly draws digital art and some traditional doodles, along with learning how to sew clothes and plushes. In the future he plans to be a free-lance artist or something, he's not sure, but his friends really push him to go for it.

- Along with his two friends, Ringo seems to have an all black she-cat with white paws and tail tip named Rin Rin, that follows him around occasionally. Randomly popping up to scare him, wherever he is, usually when he's alone. Ringo is hesitant to pet her or interact with her because of his belief in black cats being bad luck, but he still talks with her as she won't leave him alone. In general she loves to sleep on him and make fun of him for thinking she's bad luck.

- In general he believes in stuff like luck, karma, fate, etc, considering himself a peaceful Buddhist boy. Ringo really loves his culture and all the holidays and ceremonies and stuff, while still being modern and having more modern beliefs and such.

- In general, he's a very shy and sweet guy, but gets bullied for how short he is, and this makes him very anxious about going to school, but goes because of the two friends he has there. At school, he struggles at math and english, but loves science and art class. For Ringo, the best part of school is when his friends and he leave and get to walk home together.
