Backstory
Fiorella and Pear are close friends who lived a couple towns over from Lakeside. The pair was living in the attic above Fiorella's parents' store when they heard of the opportunity to come to Lakeside and join a guild. Fiorella, excited about becoming an adventurer and earning poké, and Pear, curious about the possibilities, jumped at the opportunity. Knowing that Fiorella's uncle Pearlie lived in Lakeside, the two arrived at Lakeside hopeful he would take them in. To their luck (but not Pearlie's), Uncle Pearlie's long-term girlfriend had just moved out, and he had the extra space in his home to take them in.

May 2018
Now in Lakeside, the pair sought out the guild leaders, only to find them packing for a trip to Onryx City. Though initially intrigued by the Solacers, Fiorella found her enthusiasm reflected in Partisan leader Nadia, and thus was swayed to join the Partisan Guild. Pear agreed, and chose the name "Team Carnation" after her favorite flower when Fiorella couldn't think of a name. They hopped onto a wagon bound for Onryx City, and off they went.
