This was done for a custom Chibi Moon power item. Take a guess what it is!
The picture itself was inspired from the scene in Super S, where Chibi-Usa slowly descends from the clouds with Pegasus. But I drew Pegasus in his human form.

Tell you what I loved that scene but the dub totally wrecked it with the dialogue both this time and the first time they met. Why couldn't they just let us enjoy the ambiance of the scene?

I hate how English companies believe that children need to hear dialogue over everything, that they can't just let the scene play out silently, without it. You don't need dialogue in every scene. You can quietly shut the f*** up and the scene would be even more powerful.
