So I just got my artisul graphic tablet like two or three days ago and so far it has been really difficult to install the drivers and get it to work with paint tool sai and photoshop. unfortunately I still can't use it with paint tool sai or photoshop but at least I can draw in medibang.
If i get to solve the issue and use paint tool sai and photoshop properly I'll let you know.
