Villains are fun to make so I thought I would make another to go with the Time Tyrant. This one is my homage to Magneto. Meet Doc Floronic, the mutant King of chlorophyl!

Unfortunately though, beyond making his costumes and experimenting with auras for him, he's a bit of a non-starter until the devs decide to implement a plant-control powerset. I could perhaps use a toxic build but I find those a bit boring.
