Wa wa wi wa! Fab work, Dave - your line-art style is really defined now. I like the use of the varying line weights - there's some excellent detail work going on there with the weaponary and uniform design. Plus, Joanna's looking like a sexay ladee here, which i approve of - diggin' those pouty lips!
If you're looking for criticism, i haven't really got any - personally i wouldn't have outlined the shine spot on the lips, and perhaps would have used coloured lines for the pupil and iris (as opposed to black), but both of those are personal preferences, and certainly not flaws in the design. Clearly you're wielding some serious skills now, man!
