Hey! This is really cute!
You know I actually used to draw chibis a lot! Now I'm more in the semi-chibi realm of things even though I've been trying to westernize a little further my anime-ish style.
Anyway, lovely idea. I might draw a fairy now.

Wow, this is a very good piece! The choice of colors is very appealing and is nice to look at. One thing I would have to say is that the piece is abnormally symmetrical, which makes the character look very stiff. I think it would also help your case if you put some sort of fingers on the hand instead of making them simple stubs. I have also made my characters hands simply stubs in my drawings, and I am too trying to improve on that aspect. Thank you! ^^

hehehe the truth is I still learning how to draw hands for chibi chara and normal one, yes I hope both of us can improve on that aspect. drawing hand is hard
