Painting with SAI is cheating, it's too easy because of the Water Brush It makes everything smoth

And I cheated with photoshop as well by adding layers of different color and changed the mode

Yes! I used a mix of Paintool Sai and Photoshop CS2 with the Bamboo Fun tablet.
