X3 I spent the day looking through my gallery and thinking 'the world could use some more BooxArtemis fluff', and so here it is. ARTEMIS IS A BOY SO BLAAAAAH. I'm getting good at these Photoshit doodles
I just KNOW that Artemis would play with Boo's hair. Boo wouldn't particularly like it, but I'm sure he'd let Arty get away with it. And only Arty.

artemis is also a boy's name. i know, it IS the name of the greek goddess of the moon and the hunt and virginity, also named luna or diana. but many men are named artemis. as well as demeter, after another goddess. mostly, though, artemis was a male name from WAAAAAAY BACK. like 1800s way back. it's even in my baby name book in the boys section XD
two examples i can think of now: kevin kline's character in 'wild wild west' and the books about artemis fowl, a male character.

The 18th and 19th century male version of the name had a super-special masculine spelling to go with it, though. Both the Wild Wild West TV show character and the Revolutionary War general of the same name spelled it with a u. Artemus. Sometime in the late 20th century, people started using it as a masculine name with the feminine spelling.

...i doubt boo's hair is soft, after what he's been through and with all the...lack of hair care products... BUT it is long and recently untangled and arty is a flirt who loves to fiddle with his boyfriends' hair. he just doesn't seem to care that he and boo are not technically a couple O_O at least in boo's mind they're not.
