I've not managed to draw enough this Spooktober, but i'm hoping to get one more drawing out - and if it's anything, it's gonna be CynthiaXLucario hybrid Cynthario, dressed as a witch. It's just an excuse to draw cleavage and i'm excited.So uh, this is the rough sketch. I'm excited to do green underlighting too.
