Technically it is a form of rape given that the D-Reaper is forcing her against her will to experience the worst events of her life in perpetuity in order to gain power from Jerri's negative emotions. By definition, forcing someone to do that is a form of rape on the psychological level. Speaking as an actual victim of rape, coercion can be construed as a form of rape or at the very least severe psychological manipulation, which I have also endured.

Dude, I don't think this is SUPPOSED to be for kids. Many Americans end up editing things and deleting episodes or scenes to MAKE it for kids. I never seen the show, and it MAY be for children, but the director OBVIOUSLY had a dirty mind and got bored O_O

That is kinda a little bit missing the point in the comments area.
The episode in Digimon Tamers, around the last few episodes, is that the girl had been captured by the Digi Virus and the tentacles are holding her in the neucleus of the virus, while the main characters have to save her.
The girl was also suffering from depression because of the death of Leomon, so I think to take this picture alone would be misleading to what was going on in the anime at the time.
Oh and yes, I do enjoy tentacle anime, but it also takes a certain kind of tentacle anime and how it is used to really pull it off effectively. And I think Digimon tamers has one of the best tentacle moments that is non H related.
