But I think probably erza will give Makarov his job back and later Laxus will be guild master. The Manga isn't finished so it can happen so much more and maybe in the end I'm right XD

Yeah, my headcanon is that Erza gave the position to Laxus who then gave it back to his grandpappy! (So that Makarov is #3, #6, and #9!)
