She's actually based off one of my favorite famous actress's named Veronica Lake. If you don't know who that is: during WWII the hairstyle, commonly called the peek-a-boo, became really popular due to this woman. Put a lot of factory workers in the hospital as a result! An amazing woman and actress, who didn't get her happy ending. So Jessica is kinda a tribute to her. My favorite toon actress!
