The original artist goes by suzunousuke. It's the same person who did the PV's for Alluring Secret ~Black Vow~, Synchronicity, Madness of Duke Venomania, Karakuri Burst, Bad End Night, Ikisama Casino and so forth...

The brown haired dude is Hiyama Kiyoteru. He's from the same company that made SF-A2 Miki. Out of all the Vocaloids he has the longest and most detailed bio you should check it out!

oh. well, here is a quick description of vocaloid.
vocaloids, or vocal androids are singing androids with beautiful
voices, (but sometimes you cant understand them) there are 3 most known vocaloids. 1: miku hatsune the negi loving girl, is the first created vocaloid. she has teal, or greenish blue hair and has a red
"1" on her arm right below her shoulder. the second is len. the, i-have-so-many-fangirls shota, is number two, in the line of androids. he has orangish yellow hair, and loves bananas. he has a two on his shoulder. the 3rd, (but is also number 2,) is rin kagamine. she is a mirror image of len, but most people, (like me) say she is his brother. orange loving, princess wanna-be rin, has short yellow hair, and can be destructive. those are the main three, and then i also think there is a fourth, luka. then kaito, gakupo, and meiko.

Meiko and Kaito came before Miku, but it was because of Miku being constantly used in ads and such (and because she has a 'real' celebrity as her voice source) that she's the most famous.
The ones you mentioned are known as the Crypton 7 (Although Gakupo wasn't produced by Crypton Future Media), and there's at least thirty more Vocaloids. Even more if you look at those that were made OUTSIDE of Japan.

Well I actually do know what vocaloid is but I don't like them so that's why I can't really recognize them.. Except Miku since she is so popular and Gakupo because my friend likes him. But I don't really care who is who because, well vocaloid just isn't my cup of tea. I have heard few songs and I haven't really liked them. I especially hate Miku, I can't stand her at all..
