nice start, the display rod was a good idea as well as the thin rubber bands over the wrists.
Some things would have made it more believable...
the bands should go up slightly more on the arm just past the wrist bone. the girl on the platform would have looked better if she lets her eyes look straight where her head is positioned. her mouth closed would have also looked more believable as well.
Posing the fingers more feminine also would have helped finish the appearance
