Back story:
Halo and her close companion Cloud have traveled a long distance from Libra shore across the sea. She is an eevee who likes to play around and isn't afraid to get down and dirty. She's a very happy go luck eevee and you'll usually never find her in a bad mood. She loves the water and playing around in mud or sand, but hates getting things caught in her large tail. When she is sad, she'll usually just sleep it off and awakes as happy as ever. She can be a bit stubborn at times and often likes to playfully tease pokemon she is really close to. No one seems to know where she came from or who her parents are. Apparently, she hates and even fears seeing her reflection for some strange reason. When she does find her reflection she usually says " don't want to look at my hideous eyes...." and hides away for a couple of hours. She always return happy again. Cloud is her only companion and she'll become enraged if some mon makes the yearling cry or picks on him

I did not include Cloud as a team character mainly because he will leave and come back from time to time. You can use him as a Cameo but if you do you'll have to ask to do so. After all *hugs Cloud* He's my cute wittle baby~~
