I love his monotone facial expression and pose, it just fits his character perfectly!!
The lineart is super pretty aswell, I love the multicolors you used!
His outfit is drawn well, all of the details especially in his stockings is too amazing!
Casper's hair is also very pretty and I like the purple outline you drew around him.
