Description
This was a request from a person at an Avatar forum. My second ever attempt at a wallpaper!!!I had just read a Photoshop tutorial on layering masks (gradual fading) before i did this.

I can't at the moment as university takes up all my free time. X_X maybe in the spring/summer I'll be able to sit down and make a bunch of wallpapers

Thanks! I have alot of brushes I downloaded. Mainly sparkle brushes were used on that one. On the background I used a turquoise and a white colors and used the cloud fliter. Then I did difference clouds over it and then I inverted it. The Water Tribe symbol I found but I had to do some major editing on it because the actual symbol was supposed to look like it was on a wall but it was the only one I could find. XD I also used some outer glows on the text and some other stuff and I used a different effect on the border. I did some other stuff too but I don't remember. XD I'm making a Katara version right now.

I actually want to make an avatar state one for my own desktop. I'm getting sick of the same 4 element symbols wallpaper i've had for months now.. O.-
