Okay so this one definitely took me less time then the other one. I think maybe 3-4 hours at most from sketch to finish. Yay for limited colors!So obviously this is Namine from the Kingdom Hearts series. This is the companion piece to the Kairi one I did earlier. I was thinking that the bg is the desolate beach at the end of KH2 and she is walking into the Door of Light. Honestly I know it isn't canon but I thought it was pretty. >3> Also I know that isn't the complete version of the poem/letter but I used an ellipse so it works. And unfortunately because I did so much editing with it and used white to line her white dress some of the pretty details are hard to see. Okay fine the ONE pretty and sneaky detail. WHOEVER FINDS IT FIRST GETS A FREE DOODLE OF THEIR CHOICE! AND BY DOODLE I MEAN DOOOOOODLE.
Hint: It isn't the dress texture. That is just texture.

Ha ha ha no actually. It was something really silly. Gosh this is old, so I'm gonna tell you. XD It was just the fringe around the bottom of the top of the dress. I used the edging of her actual costume and incorporated it into the gown. XDD Sooooo sneaky...no not really OTL. Anyhoo, thanks for the interest?

Well from what little I played it seemed like COM for the GBA was much more of an RPG. You had time to pic your cards and such. Also because of the 2-D aspect boss battles were fairly easy(I use this lightly I only beat the armor dude before I stopped playing). The overall feel was more FF to me.
RECOM is the only one I really know so I like it better. The scenes are pretty and I am finally getting to know characters better. However it uses KH graphics vs. KH2 graphics and because it was released in Japan (without much editing in the English version) the lips don't match the dialog. (minor peeve).
The battling is really different. It is very much a hack and slash. You are running around in a 3-d environment and boss battles keep that. The game has lost a lot of the RPG factor. However you still have to watch your cards. You cannot do a move unless you have the card. So like (worst battle ever) fighting Jafar was similar to KH (moving platform...huge genie Jafar...annoying bird) however I had to watch my cards like crazy. So it is really fun but also much more difficult battling than either KH or KH2. The levels are extremely easy to explore though and gameplay seems to be going quickly.
What I am really excited about is getting to play as Riku. Because once you beat it as Sora you get to play through from Riku's side of the story.
Anyway (wow that got long) I would recommend the game even tho you played COM because it is a totally different experience. Also it is fun to hear the voices of characters even if their mouths don't match.

Oooh! Sounds like a decent game.
Most bosses on gba are quite easy yeah. But you really have to rebuild your dekcs, trying diferent strategies, on some of them.
The riku-storyline is awsome even on gba!
And mouths who does not match the text should be enjoyable

I am really excited to play the Riku side of things! The funny thing is I am playing 358/2 days on my DS right now too. So it is really interesting to see the different aspects of the organization XIII characters. Especially their attitudes towards Sora and Roxas separately.

I don't know yet. I haven't tried out the multiplayer mode yet.
When Birth by sleep comes out I really want that one too. But I will have to get a PSP first.
