Alessio would make an excellent ally, as long as you make sure the balance is in your favor. Like that famous family line, he always repays his debts, but expects the same from everyone else. He's organized and competent, especially when it comes to figuring out what other people want. Son of a tobacco tycoon, he inherited his father's knack for marketing. He sold his grade school classmates elusive valuables like sparkly pencils and funny shaped rubber bands. From there it escalated to selling smokes to middle schoolers and eventually party drugs at university. It was never really about the money, but the fact he was good at it.

He wasn't brought up as the most sensitive boy. His father, though a brilliant businessman, had little tolerance for 'yapping women' and 'boys who act like girls'. Because of that, on top of the pressure to be seen as the worthy heir to a sizable fortune, Alessio wears his bravado like an armor. He conflates recklessness and thrill seeking with bravery. He tends to be too single-minded to notice things he's not actively seeking.

Most of that would be hard pressed to surface, however, as he keeps his controversial thoughts to himself. He values diplomacy and not making unnecessary enemies. After all, an enemy makes a poor customer. Alessio would rather sway someone with his thoughtfulness and congenial presence.
