To me this is an awesome piece of work. Excellent job on the eyes to start. Beautiful facial features, skin tones, shadowing and lighting. I like the slight reflection in her lips and on her finger nails. Her hair is done very well. The Victorian clothing is full of great detail even to the the feather in the hat. The background fits very well not taking anything away from the subject. It could pass as a photograph. This is what I like in your work, and I hope it is of some help.
