Well done over all I like the colors you used and the shading! I would crop it a bit at the bottom or move it to the right so it floats in the background, As for the eye it looks awesome but looks more detailed then the rest of the picture maybe adding lighting simmer to the lighting. If its not meant to be a bust or head shot sorry it looks like it to me. As for the fluff on the ears would that meanits a bat pony? Over all I really like this and your style of art!
