Description I decided to call it a guitar "riff" because it was just a short little ditty of a snack

And technically it ended up being a bass guitar, since I was only able to fit 4 strings...but you get the idea.

1st level: yellow squash carved guitar with nori and rice noodle details, grilled asparagus.

2nd level: sushi with spam and avocado, gyoza (made with leftover five spice chicken) with black bean garlic sauce.

Thanks very much! No, I'm Filipino but I grew up in Hawaii with bento boxes all over the place

...actually I ended up moving to Texas due to the military several years ago SUCH a culture shock!

I love love LOVE poi though. I like to make sweet rice cakes steamed in banana leaves too

Ohhh teach me/give me some nice and easy Hawaiian recipe. No need to deep-fry. Steam, bake and pan-fry...any of this method.
