Some people here like to caption their Groke drawings with dreams they've had about her, so I may as well bring up one of mine.

In the dream, she'd drift around a section of a gloomy river on a little boat, and float up to anyone trying to cross. She wouldn't let you pass unless you traded 3 things. The three things could be basically anything, and sometimes she'd even give you an object too in addition to granting you passage, but if you had nothing to give then she'd take something more personal from you, like your voice or a piece of your warmth (by the way, if she took your voice, she'd "trade" it, and so she'd have yours and you'd be stuck speaking with her grokely voice a while). However, if you came back with something else, she'd trade back what she'd taken without argument. I don't think she was doing it out of malice, I think she just liked forcing people to socialize with her and think about her.

No idea how she wasn't freezing the water around her, but I guess dreams don't always make sense. Looking back, she was kinda cute riding around in that spooky little boat of hers.
