Description
Water starter Popplio as a selkie.Giving her a balloon-ish texture for her limbs, since that's how the original's texture looked like, and as for the attire and webbed hands I shamelessly took a leaf from Monster Musume's design choice.
I want to give her a playful and athletic appearance, so that should explain the difficult-looking balancing act.
Selkies in mythology can shed their fur to be human-like, which kinda means this Popplio has two forms, which I will draw the settings and design of in the future.
