Basicly, on sai, there's a tool called "oil water". I lay down the hair color, pick a darker color, do some strokes, then blur it with the oil water tool.

I'm actually surprised they're uncommon! But I won't like, I didn't really know about em much t'ill someone told me. They look a lot like ferrets, so you'd think you'd see more of em. But, ferrets are pets too, so might be why.
