"Younger" looks exactly the same age to me.
Perhaps de-emphasise the nose? Noses and ears are two parts of the body which never stop growing, so shorter noses indicate younger characters, or so I've heard.

If you mean "how good" then that's debatable, but I try to only talk about what I actually know something about. Admittedly, that covers a lot 'cos I'm older than some may think. But I'm not a "professional" critic at all and so I can't guarantee a "professional" criticism.
If you mean "why?" then I criticise when I would like to see improvement. I have to first either like the work I'm criticising or like the creator and wish to see him improve. If I don't especially care about either the work or the creator, I'm less likely to bother (although of course I'm human and so it can also depend on my moods).
