Description
This is a short story I did for Dutch comic magazine 'De Lijn' , which had the theme 'Addiction'.My story was inspired by that medieval horror story of that noblewoman who killed loads of virgins for their blood, don't remember the name.. but I thought it fitted the theme very well so I did a modern version.
I'm also going to publish it in the upcoming CheeseCake! Pocket, but had some trouble translating it in English. So if you've got any suggestions or spot any mistakes, please leave a comment!

I like this story, it is very impressive. The others are right in that it was Elizabeth Bathory who was rumored to bathe in blood. Most historians now think the bathing in blood is just propaganda against her, although it wasn't necessary to considering she WAS that bad by that point.
Anyways, your story does a good job with the theme of addiction and I think the english is pretty good. I do agree odd might be a better word for the manager to say.

When the Countess tells the maids which number of shampoo, ect. to coose,
I would suggest using No. instead of Nr.

This story has always impressed me. I liked the idea, of the noblewoman not killing the girls this time to get their blood and being actually nice to them. Though, unluckily, this long beauty bath is not working much, judging by her lined face and dangling err, boobs. 
I miss your comics, youΒ΄re not only a great drawer but you also wrote good stories, and itΒ΄s rare to find someone good in both the things.

You should watch "Stay Alive" it has a modern twist to this story. The story is the same but it is her spirit that is killing everyone through a game based on her. I love the story, the last page explains the countess' obsession perfectly. Beautiful work both writing and art wise.

I think Elisabeth killed about 613 women during her 'life'. I don't believe she was an actual vampire (or bathed in the blood), she's just sick and twisted...

WHOA, mad cryptic, though nicely done. You portrayed the insanity of the noblewoman quite well, without making the reader too suspicious (had they not of course been previously informed).

i did spot a grammar mistake on page 4 though- "you're making an fine impression" is incorrect. all you have to do is change the "an" to an "a" (you're making a fine impression) and it will be good to go c:

Wow, that was truly entertaining! My favorite panel would have to be the last one. I liked it because you really emphasized the pipes leading down into the tub, and then it's like, right at the bottom, you notice the girls drawing blood..
