My compliments are goingto be interspaced with crits, so I hope you don't mind. Naruto is adorable, though he looks slightly cross-eyed. ^.~ Sakura's actually better drawn than I usually see her from ANYONE, though you might want to check your references, I believe her collar is off. Sasuke looks perfectly stoic and too pretty for his own good. XD Over all, great pic!
Ilike the angle and the sense of movement. You almost always manage to keep the images from looking static, which is a good thing.

Seeing how well done with plain pencils this is, I'd say it would be amazing with coloured!
I like the background and the tones that are on the drawing, they really help seperate which parts are which and still give good detail.
