Hello, I found your art thanks to
I am not entirely sure what to say about it. I went to check in your gallery what/who this character was, and I noticed that many of your art include such sort of characters, I suppose they're part of a universe, but one that I must not be familiar with, so I'll give a profane opinion about it.
You said that you wanted to give an effect as if the character, Tech, took the picture with her phone, a sort of selfie, I take. But the fact she's looking away from the picture gives the feeling that she's looking at something or someone who should have been in the picture but got cropped out as she didn't really know how to take a selfie (which would be ironic, as her name is Tech, as in Technology, I suppose?). If she had been looking at the phone, it'd have given the feeling she was happy and wanted to show it. moreover, as we don't see the background really that well due to the blurry effect, we don't really know that it's fall. The only thing 'screaming' fall would be the brown sweater Tech is wearing. The background, or what we can see of it, is green and yellown as some sort of blossoming flower field. It could be fallen leaves, but as we can't see what it is, we have to take your word and believe that is indeed in Fall. Hm... Am I being clear?

About the character in herself, she fits the other art you've made, there isn't much to say about it as it's quite big and in the forefront, there is no detail to really discuss as hand, pose and position, nothing really. She looks good as she is, the shading is correctly done (given we don't really know where the light is coming from), the only thing I could say is that,if the pic was taken in fall, perhaps the contract between lighted part and shaded part wouldn't be that hard as the sun would be lower in the sky. I think so anyway.
