First of all, this is a beautiful peice! The character is cute and same with the outfit! The pink shading in the hair makes it pop and the detail just makes it better, plus the style of eye makes her look very innocent and cute.The only thing i have to say is work on the legs, they seem a bit far apart making the pose look unnatural.
Other than that, its a great peice! So since i have time ill shower this with compliments!
You pulled off the cell shading well, the colors all work together and the eyepatch is a great touch! I also love the blue shading for the skirt!

I keep going for pleated (I think it is called) skirt design. They keep turning out looking like cupcake sleeves! XD
