Description: Walter is pretty short compared to most mons', especially in gijinka form. He's about 5'2" and weighs just a little over 100lbs in gijinka form. When in Gijinka form, his fin pops out of his hair from the top of his head, and his tail is shown from a slot in his pants. He has dark deep blue eyes and dark blue hair. He also takes very tiny steps when he walks.
Personality:
|Bold| - Walter is a very bold person. He's ready to fight for what he believes is right, even if no one else will. Especially if it's a dangerous or stupid move. He usually ends up regretting his decision part way through however.
|Kind| - He's a gentleman. He's always nice to everyone around him. He's willing to go the extra distance to help someone too.
|Adventurous|- Ever since he was little, Walter loved to explore. Even if it was in a sense, 'his own backyard', he loved every aspect of exploring. And after meeting Sofia, it only got funner.
|Protective|- If someone he knows and loves is in danger, he'll do anything in his power to ensure their safety.
|Proud|- He's very proud of himself. But sometimes he can become a little egotistical and that makes some Pokemon kind of angry.
|Acts without Thinking| - He's quick to just jump into things without thinking of the consequences, and it more times than none, gets him into trouble.
Combat: Walter uses a sword, however, the blade is made from water and only water. It's blade is plenty sharp to those who are affected by water-- such as fire. But to those who aren't affected by it-- Grass perhaps, they'd only feel a splash and it wouldn't be as bad.
Backstory: Walter and his family lived near a marshy area, right on the lakeside. Walter would always go outside and enjoy just walking around and enjoying the pleasant summer breeze. When he was younger, he used to along the lakeshore and 'explore' where it led. Usually it just lead to a small path, leading up to the main path that lead to his home. One time he actually made a big loop around the lake, but it took him an entire day to do so. Nonetheless, Walter had a thing for exploring and his curiosity always got the best of him.
One day, a new family moved into the neighborhood. A family of Walrein, Sealo, and a Spheal. Walter's family promptly met them and found out that the Spheal was just around Walter's age. The two immediately became best friends. The Spheal, Sofia, explained to Walter how she used to live in an extremely cold place and how this moderate temperature place was weird and new to her. Walter decided to show her around and show her the lake. They spent the entire day walking around the lakefront and swimming. Sofia even had an idea of swimming to the depths of the lake and seeing if there was any sunken treasure. However, all they came back with was a rusty old plate.
There was one time, several years after they became friends that Sofia developed a crush on Walter. She went to tell him after having kept it from him for a year or so. At first he didn't know how to react to that. Sofia thought that she had ended their 'friendship' and didn't talk to him for several weeks. Upon asking why she wasn't talking to him anymore, she brought it up again. To which he replied,
"Look, I like you, Sofia. But I don't like you, ok?" Heartbroken by his forward response, she nodded and rolled away, leaving him there. They didn't talk for another few weeks-- but as the saying goes 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder' and in no time, they were friends again, despite Sofia's crush on him.
After growing up a little bit, they decided to form an exploration team together. Their parents approved of the idea and wanted to see both of their children succeed. Their parents told them of a place they had heard about called Blue Town, and that that would be a good place to start. Both of them agreed and started on their way. On the way there, they tossed around different team names. They finally agreed on Team Ice Floe and finally arrived at their destination.

-Kind of forward about his responses and words. He doesn't know what he says could be taken offensively or not.
-He's very quick and agile, not only on land, but even quicker in the water.
-He loves eating blackberries more than anything-- especially the ones that grow down by the lake he lived near.

Description: Sofia is a pretty heavyset girl-- both in pokemon and gijinka form. She's just a little bit taller than Walter and weighs in at about 190lbs in gijinka form. In Pokemon form to get around, she rolls on her side, and in human form she's a little wobbly on her legs, but is able to walk just fine. She's got shoulder length hair, which is a light teal kind of color, and it's a little unkempt and messy. She's also got dark black eyes. And her skin in human form is also a darker skin tone.
Personality:
|Kind| - She's very kind, and even more so to strangers. She tries to be the person that people can turn to in time of need.
|Adventurous|- Ever since she met Walter, they've been exploring the lake around their homes nonstop. She has an itch to find new places, and it led her to become an explorer alongside her best friend.
|Protective|- If someone she loves is in danger Walter especially she'll protect them at all costs.
|Sensitive|- She's a very sensitive girl. Especially when someone insults her. Words can hurt, even when people say they don't, and she for one gets very upset if she's called 'fat' or 'useless'.
Combat: She wears blue gloves on both hands and have a shiny diamond like orb in the palms of the gloves. These orbs shoot out balls and shards of ice. If you're not watching out for these ice blasts, you're in for a bad time.
Backstory: Sofia and her family lived in a very cold climate for a long time. They had neighbors, but none of them were Sofia's age. Her parents were planning on moving, but they didn't know when would be the right time. They lived right on the edge of the ocean, on top of a cliff. Snowstorms frequented their home almost every week. One day, a massive thaw came around right after a huge snowstorm and melted all of the snow and ice. The water seeped into the ground, and their house literally gave away and fell into the ocean. Thankfully, Sofia and her family were safely outside when it happened. Although the family was burdened and saddened by this catastrophe, they decided now would be a perfect time to move.
They moved to a more southern place-- warm summers and cold winters. They felt like this was something everyone needed. And the place they were moving to had tons of Pokemon Sofia's age. They were greeted by a family of Swampert with their son Walter the first day they moved in. Sofia was shown around the lakefront by Walter, and soon the duo became really good friends. Several years passed since their arrival in this new town, and Sofia began to form a crush on Walter. Gathering up all the courage she had, she went up to Walter and told him how she felt. His jaw literally dropped, not knowing how to respond to her. She got it from his expression and left.
They didn't talk for several weeks, and finally Walter surprised her one day and asked why they weren't talking anymore. He said that he missed their explorations they used to have. Sofia promptly told him about her crush again. He sighed and told her he didn't like her that way. She was heartbroken. He said it very directly and it crushed her. They didn't talk for a few more weeks, but eventually they started up again and forgot the unnecessary event that damaged their friendship. Their friendship was just as good as ever now. Even if she still had a crush on him.
The duo decided to become explorers when they became a little odler, and Sofia couldn't have agreed more with him. Their parents also agreed and said it would be good for them. They both started off to a town that their parents told them about. Blue Town. Perhaps they could start off here, and perhaps they could grow into something amazing.

-Sofia's belly makes a good pillow, according to Walter.
-Sofia likes to race other Pokemon when in her mon form. She always beats them because of how fast she can roll.
-She still has a crush on Walter, but keeps her secret from him.
