More DarkSouls fanart, yes. I'm enjoying myself plenty with friends. There isn't a schedule I follow when I make are; only when i'm in the mood to be creative.

I haven't reached this level yet, but this is Yhorm.

At first I sketched him as a human and was going for his signature dark-shadow cast over his face or just leave the face completely shrouded in black, but I came across this one fanart of him that depicted his face falling off and was inspired. After that I decided to approach this Yhorm differently as well since the all the characters are basically dead. I tried to working with desaturated colors to help hide his face in the dark but the closer you look the more prominent his undead features are. He doesn't look handsome no, but I tried to incorporate the skull model the game has to offer. I know he looks ugly but, I want that gross undead theme. I'm discovering that I really enjoying drawing zombies and bones as of late.

I'm sure i'll stick with the default obscured face in black shadows the next time I doodle him. I tend to just polish up a doodle that I really like and this is the product. Also tossed in another background rather than the default neutral grey.
