It would be safe to assume so, but sadly, many people think incest and sibling love are the same thing, so I always wonder which it is when I see a pic like that, because I actually HAVE had people answer "Yes, it's incest."
People, for some reason, think incest is "cute", when in fact, it's disgusting, plus, the Warners are just kids!

They think that it's OK to do in pics, just because it's fiction, and turn around and say it's gross IRL.

Aaah,  I see. Honestly, in this picture, though, in the story that it's for... Yakko and Dot aren't related (It's an AU) but we still don't like them being a couple it's just too weird.
Those people must not know what platonic means.
