Ah, yeah they're not really humans or Warners anymore, I dunno. But I have a couple of things to say.I don't really like fandoms that are very OC oriented. It kinda makes me sad that the original and canon characters aren't appreciated that much. People in the A! fandom here on dA use the Warners mostly as puppets to ship their characters with, when you could do so many more interesting things with the Warners and with your characters separately. I felt kinda pressured to make fan-characters when I joined this fandom, and I'm glad I did, no lie! I see a lot of potential in my precious siblings. They're gradually getting a spiritual connection with me.
Some people say they make OCs cause they love the characters so much they want to be with them. Why not just draw you, then? You have your own character traits and backstory already, it's pretty simple in my eyes. Besides, I don't see Lily as being me. She's a bit too optimistic and joke-y to be me. I'd rather draw myself hugging the Warners. Cause that's what it would look like if I actually did, right?
I don't hate the fan-characters of the A! fandom here. I don't. A lot of them have very original appearances and personalities. The CanonxOC pairings are cute sometimes. It just gets a bit old when I open my messages and see yet ANOTHER oc paired with Yakko. I've been roleplaying Yakko for about 10 months now, and I'd say that he's not as much of a ladies-man as you'd think. He likes pretty girls, but he's afraid of settling down with one. Yakko's actually a big nerd so you don't want him ladies. This doesn't mean you can't write a story about him doing so. Just my opinion. I still like YakkoxLaffy either way. It's cute. Not canon though. There is a difference.
But I'm definitely still in this fandom a great amount because of Tumblr. Everyone in the A! fandom on Tumblr absolutely loves the Warners and only the Warners. We all hate Yakko and think he's a big nerd and think Wakko is the cutest little boy ever. Dot is a sass-master too. They all are. I'd rather be punching Yakko than pairing my OC with him any day. Odd, I know.
But!!! I'm glad that I see improvement with my Warner drawings. This drawing is definitely better than this one: [link] right?

Although you felt a little 'pressured' to make these characters.. they're still lovely and adorable! With Rufus I'm not so sure what to call him... Interesting? Stoner? c:
As for what you said about the A! fandom on here.. I do honestly agree with you. But it's nice to see people are at least being respectful with that kind of opinion. As for most lately, their points aren't so nicely put. 
Awhh well. People are people. xP
I keep forgetting that there's an A! fandom on Tumblr. I'm tempted to join but I think I will just keep watching from a distance. Like watching from the window or something. (โกโฟโกโฟ)

I totally see where you're getting at with all the YakkoxOC pairings. The more OCs paired with him, the more annoying it can kind of get... two pairings I agree with are YakkoxLaffy and YakkoxYasmin cause they're quite cute, though. That I can say for sure.

You NAILED it, Minky. I took that in mind when I made my OC Ryan - he was simply not made as a puppet for Dot to fall in love with. Besides, he has exactly as interesting a personality as the Warners themselves, and has a numerous amount of hilarious solo adventures. Only when he sees Dot doing something exceedingly cute does the shipping part come in and he goes all lovestruck and "HellOOOOOOOO Nurse!"-ish.

I agree! Your OC sounds a lot like mine too, they were childhood friends with the Warners and now live in New York and visit Yakko Wakko and Dot from time to time. Nothing too drastic though. Nothing that will change the way the Warners usually act. That ticks me off. I would like to see this OC of yours, though! :3

One thing I forgot to mention, my OC is practically a Warner version of myself. His personality traits and looks heavily reflect mine.

Personally I still really like Animaniacs, and I still really like drawing FCs because it's so much fun for me, but yeah I know Tumblr is better... tumblr is ALWAYS a better place for fandoms. Too bad that I realized I'm not a tumblr person, I just can't manage to socialize in there. I mean, I feel so much more at ease here, sad but true. But I'm glad you found a way to enjoy the fandom anyway ^^ (and yes Yakko is totally a nerd omg so true xDD)

Yea man i totes agree with that rant there. While OC/Canon is good, some people take it to the extreme level where its annoying. As long as you keep your OC/Fanon stuff to yourself, you are all good!! But these guys are awesome.

They're perfect Minky! You've improved so much and I've watched these three come so far since I first saw them. The poses are adorable too uwu
As for the rant-thingy I agree totally, shipping canon and OC can become a major problem in some fandoms and frankly quite annoying. I'll use my South Park fan character for example. I tried to make her unlike me. Yeah, we do share a few traits, such as tastes in music, but really the most we have in common other than that is we're both American females with brown hair.
I know a lot of people like to ship their SP fan characters with canon characters so Tabatha really isn't meant to even be in any relationships, and when I break that rule it's when I'm rping with my friends and it is always a joke. So yeah, I totally understand where you're coming from c:
