Yes, the bottom two, owned by ~xxxcatharsisxxx are based on a keytail species created by *hellokelsoe . They are a "redesign" of a previous design purchased by ~xxxcatharsisxxx who was given direct permission to have the set redesigned. If you require further clarification please feel free to contact both deviants involved.
