Since some people may not know them. These guys are pretty much KDL3's copy essences in the sense they're normally the ones to be lined up for Kirby/Gooey to choose an ability, except they're enemies, and can have some threatening attacks.I'm pretty amused by the way their helmet's slits are placed.

Hmm, I know that you made Stone into Quake, so what's that ability with Bukiset's club? Now Quake, or this ability I think I saw with a Sword ability-related for KCCh, Slam?

I'm guilty as charged about the whole "two small eyes, big grin with bucktooth" perception. At this point I'm thinking the design staff for KDL3 had to have their own in-jokes about these guys as well.
The third panel of the mini-comic is especially funny because the simpler lineart further emphasizes the goofy look. The second panel almost looks like Homsar in the thumbnail view.

I think Bukiset is pretty cool guy, eh uses every power and doesn't afraid of anything.
Though when I see one I always think of the music from the pyramid level in Sand Canyon, because getting abilities from them were essential to solving all the puzzles.
It's funny how you see certain characters in a completely different way once you actually see their official artwork. For the longest time I also thought Bukiset had a buck tooth.

well, comparison to a bunny was, um, kinda close. that helmet threw me off. since the eye was like a buck-tooth, they have those white-ish bodies, and i seriously need to bring out the SNES and find these guys again. they deserve the attention.
