The Tifa Lockheart version of Turanga Leela. I made the outfit less revealing than Tifa's. The skirt here is almost double the height of Tifa's from the drawing I used as reference. Big honking boots. Thingamajig on her arm. Purple hair and one eye. Aside from those, it's basically still just Tifa.
