Your lighting and timing is incredible. The way that each droplet is punctuated by the orange while the bluish-silver tinge to the end of your shorts mimics the light behind the subject is so great. The touch of steam giving a halow around the upper body and flowing down through the scarf around his waist helps tie the image together distinctly. Every bit of space is used to really convey power and intensity. I think the face is just a little off but that might be my preference for Luffy to be in the hat or at least have the hat somewhere on him. That's just me, though, and the picture itself is fantastic.
