well i don't know, if he didn't died of the burned skin then from inhaling the hot steam. I just don't believe he could come back, if Kenny couldn't with just half of his head then Armin with his half body. Not sure

Levi overheard the trio's conversation about the outside world, and Isayama stated that this was for a reason. Armin's whole body is still intact, its just his skin that burned off, though it is possible he is dead. I really hope that doesn't happen!!!:"(
