They are both Minox. But the good Minox is seeing an illusion of her evil soul eater side, who is trying to convince her to let her control good Minox's body.

Minox: W-wait y-your me? You look nothing like me! *stares at the image to appear as a spirit like evil minox*
Evil Minox: Oh trust me. I am......*rubs hands*
Minox: Then..Why can I only see you?
E.M: I'm simply in your imagination. But your getting crazier by the hour. Soon I will have your body and have full control *snaps*
Minox: But you can't do that to me! My life is fine!
E.M: Oh you think it is..He doesn't love you, your family is on another planet and your friend stabbed you in the back!
Minox: Shut up!!! No get out of me!! Im not crazy!!!!!!! *grabs head* Please!! I don't deserve this!!
E.M: Then let me set a deal with you.........*smirks*
