"Who needs arms with legs like these?"OH YES, IT'S MY LEGS BOYFRIEND!! I think out of every chibi I've made so far, I took the longest on this one in order to make him perfect. I mean, this world needs more Mettaton chibis. So why not make it perfect as possible?

The eyeshadow part was pretty fun. It was also fun to play around with different layer modes to make him look flashy. I hate doing backgrounds though.
